I had a lot of fun with the Stampin' Up! Color Challenge for April. I have paired the Stampin' Up! Flowering Desert stamp set with the non traditional colour cmbo of Coastal Cabana, Highland Heather, Melon Mambo and Very Vanilla and I'm really happy with the result. I created a watercolour background using Reinkers on watercolour paper with an Aqua Painter and lots of water to make the inks move. Once the background was dry I stamped the plants and flowers. Before adding the sentiment I added a touch of Smokey Slate to ground the plants and give a perfect place for the sentiment. I hope to see your take on these colours on the group.
