I have very much enjoyed playing with the Stampin' Up! Bird Ballad Paper but really wanted to branch out (see what I said!) and get away from the florals in the set. So I paired this stunning seagull paper with the Sailing Home Stamp Set and Smooth Sailing Dies. I made this card in a class recently so I used my Stamparatus and a jig to get perfect stamping and alignment, see exactly how in my VIDEO. I also added texture with vellum seaweed and the ships wheel Sail Away Trinkets. I love how easily this card came together and that both the stamps and paper don't compete on a such a busy card. Do you find it hard to work with Busy Paper backgrounds??
