Being a bit of a girly girl the Stampin' Up! Dressed to Impress stamp set and Best Dressed paper definitely appeal to me. I paired them together to make this card with the addition of the Painted Labels Dies and a touch of colouring with a Blender Pen.
I love that that the two paint swooses filled the perfume and made the perfect backdrop for the sentiment. I added a light wash of colour with the perfume lid to tie it together. I added Petal Pink Organdy Striped ribbon and Champagne Rhinestones to finish the card.
