I was inspired by a piece of jewellery and a nagging idea for this card. I originally wanted to use the Stampin' Up! Sale-A-Bration set Power of Hope but never got to it. The NEW Early Release Ornate Style stamp set worked perfectly for this simple colouring technique using an Aqua painter to reactivate the already stamped ink to colour an image on Shimmery White card stock. I have also used the Classic Label Punch and Pearls.
