Totally Trees and Christmas Pines Christmas Card

Last weekend I taught this Simple Christmas Card in my Christmas Stamp a Stack. The ladies loved how simple this card would be to reproduce in mass. I have made my first YouTube video on just how easily this card comes together.

Full measurements on this card an be found above in my YouTube Video. The tree from Totally Trees was stamped on a piece of Whisper White cardstock with Cucumber Crush ink, I added the dots in Real Red ink and strain Crushed Curry ink also from the Totally Trees stamp set. I stamped the Christmas Blessings sentiment from the Christmas Pines stamp set and another for the inside of the card in Real Red ink. As a finishing touch I added Clear Wink of Stellar to the Star and Red Ornaments before adhering all the layers together with Fast Fuse (in the video I have some great tips for using it).

To purchase the products I have used to make this card please use the Shop Now button above to go to my Online Store. I can also show you and your friends how to make this card in a class before Christmas!!

Onstage Live In Brisbane 2016 - Display Stamper

Well I just had the BEST EVER few days away with 600 fantastic Stampin' Up! Demonstrators at On Stage Live in Brisbane. I also had a special job before the event to create some special projects with NEW and upcoming products.

We celebrated each others achievements, laughed, shared many hugs (I may be currently in hug withdrawals), created projects and learnt a lot to help us on our Stampin' Up! Journey.

If you want to come along with me next time you can by Joining my Team the Wicked Woody's. We were very lucky to have 6 of us there in Brisbane. (no photo as i didn't take one on my phone of all of us)

Looking down onto check in and swaps

Helen, Tanya and I waiting for Onstage to begin

CentreStage Dinner where I was lucky enough to site next our Co-Founder Shelli Gardiner. She really is the most lovely person you could ever meet. I also received this super cute bag!!!

At our Leadership session we learnt lots about some programs that will be benefiting our teams in the coming months. And I just love the Adorable table centres that are on all our tables.

Here are the sample that I made for the Display Stamper sample Boards. I will be back in the next week to highlight the projects in further detail for you.

If you have any questions or comments about my time at Onstage please contact me and I will be happy to help.

Not only are stitches a classic trend, they illustrate the quality, precision, and extra care taken when creating a piece. Giving a stitched gift shows just how much you value that relationship. Now you have the opportunity to purchase Stitched Shapes Framelits ahead of their official release in the 2017-2018 annual catalogue and get 25% off coordinating stamp sets. With Stitched Shapes Framelits you can make paper stitches in seconds, turning any project into one that is stitched from the heart. Not only can I share the early-release set of 12 dies with you, but I can also share these stamp sets that bring out the beauty of the Stitched Shapes Framelits – and are all 25% off! And there’s more great news…although the 25% off stamps sets ends 30 November, you will still be able to get the Stitched Shapes Framelits after that date.

Fairy Celebration with Woodland Embossing Birthday Card

I have a special guest designer today on my blog my 6 year old Granddaughter Ivy. This card was for her best friends birthday.

We started by stamping the fairy from the Fairy Celebration stamp set in Basic Black Archival Ink onto Whisper White card stock. Ivy then took my Stampin' Write Markers and she coloured it in the image. Next Ivy chose the Woodland Embossing Folder and ran it through the Big Shot with Wisteria Wonder card stock. Next we chose the Blushing Bride card stock for the card base. We added a Vellum layer under the stamped piece for softness. To finish the card we need SPARKLE so we added clear Wink of Stelar to the fairy wings and skirt and to the vellum.

Forever Evergreen Diagonal Stripe Christmas Card

My card today's colours were inspired by a large project I have been undertaking that I will share with you in the near future.

I started this card by stamping the Diagonal Stripe background stamp in Elegant Eggplant Ink on the matching card stock. Next I took a wide strip of Island Indigo card stock stamped with the stars from Forever Evergreen stamp set and stamped with the matching ink. I stamped the 4 ornaments also from the Forever Evergreen set onto a piece of Whisper White card stock and stamped them in Rose Red, Elegant Eggplant. Emerald Envy and Island Indigo and drew on the strings using a Crushed Curry Stampin' Write Marker. I adhered all the stamped layers onto a Rose Red card base and added a tied piece of Emerald Envy Ruched Ribbon around the card to finish the card.

Christmas Pines, Pretty Pines Thinlits, This Christmas Paper with Mini Jingle Bell Card

I am loving playing with all the Holiday Catalogue items that I have purchased. This card is for no particular reason other than to just play and to see what I came up with.

I started by choosing the This Christmas Speciality Paper from the Annual Catalogue (the paper is Specialty as it is thinner layering paper and you get 4 sheets of each pattern) I cut the 2 patterns into strips. I adhered these onto a Crumb Cake card base that was stamped with the stars and dots stamp in Crumb Cake ink from the Christmas Pines stamp set. Also using the Christmas Pines stamp set I stamped the frame in Basic Black Archival Ink the sentiment in Cherry Cobbler and stamped the background in Crumb Cake onto Very Vanilla card stock and hand cut it using our Paper Snips. I used the co ordinating Pretty Pines Framelits and cut the pine leaves in Emerald Envy, Garden Green and Pear Pizzaz card stock using the Big Shot and Die Brush and attached these in a spray onto the edges of the patten paper added a bundle of Cherry Cobbler Mattalic Thread and attached this behind the sentiment and centred it over the pine leaves. For a finishing touch I added 3 Mini Jingle Bells to each side of the sentiment. And YES the do even have a little jingle in them!!!!!

To order any of the products I have used on this project and more simply go to my SHOP NOW button above to go to my Online store or contact me to place an order. If you would like your own copy of the Holiday Catalogue 2016 please contact me at ellen@dewoodbridge.com or 0421074703 and I can send you a copy.
