Stampin' Up! Artistically Inked, Timeless Arrangements & Radiating Stitches card

This month's July SU! Colour Challenge colours are perfect for any occasion so I made a hello card. What occasion will you Card be for?

I have used the Artistically Inked Stamp Set & Radiating Dies to create this card. I stamped the die pieces to create the background using the background piece. I die cut the hearts that are blended on the edges with Small Blending Brushes. Adding them to punched vellum circles hearts. I added the sentiment also from the same set and dies.
