Stampin' Up! Dressed to Impress and Best Dressed cards

I was in the mood to channel my inner girly girl after a fresh set of nails and pampering this week. I grabbed out the Stampin' Up! Dressed to Impress and matching Best Dressed papers and went LIVE on Video to make 4 cards (I'll show the other 2 at a later time). I also added in some Polka Dot Tule Ribbon and the Label me Fancy Punch to finish the cards.
