Eclectic Expressions with Bunch of Banners Framelits Thank You Card

I was really pressed for time and made this really quick card for the March Stampin' Up! Color Challenge. I have used the Eclectic Expressions stamp set from Stampin' Up! that you can earn for FREE during Sale-A-Bration 2018.

I created lots of clusters using the circles from the Eclectic Expression stamp set adding some Rhinestones to give some sparkle and shine.  I stamped the sentiment on a scrap of Vellum and die cut it after drying with the Heat Tool I die cut it in the Big Shot using the Bunch Of Banners Framelits.

Night in Bethlehem Christmas Decoration

Today I am participating in the Global Stampin' Friends Blog Hop and it's all about Anything but Cards, which is perfect as I have been creating some simple decorations using the Night in Bethlehem stamp set from Stampin' Up! I was inspired to make this decoration to match a CARD I made a few weeks ago using the same set.

To make this card I started by choosing 3 circle sizes from the Layering Circle Framelits set and dies cutting the 2 circles from Whisper White card stock in the Big Shot, I also die cut the coordinating scallop dies with Fresh Fig card stock. Using Fresh Fig ink I stamped the Shepherd and Mary and Joseph stamp into the 2 smallest circles adding the Star stamped off to them. I grounded both these images using the lightest shade of Smokey Slate Stampin' Blends alcohol marker softening it with the Color Lifter. For the largest Whisper White circle I stamped the buildings in stamped off Fresh Fig ink and added the sentiment which I stamped in the same ink on Vellum and also cut using the Layering Circle Framelits. I adhered the stamped circles to the scalloped circles and attached Fresh Fig Finely Woven and Gold 1/8 Ribbons together to the back of the circles sandwiching them with another Fresh Fig card stock circle to complete the project.

Please check out everyone beautiful creations below

"BE YOU {TIFUL}" Flower Patch and Polka Dot Embossing Folder Card

I shared this card with you last month and from that one sheet wonder I was able to die cut some additional flowers using the Flower Fair Framelits which will be soon retiring in the Big Shot to make this stunning card. I have used the Polka Dot embossing folder which I also have to sadly say goodbye too at the end of this month as a base for the card, layered the flowers and leaves around the frame stamped the sentiment also from Flower Patch stamp set which is also retiring and added a small piece of silver ribbon and Rhinestone to finish the card off.

To order any of the products used to make this card you will have to be quick as the items on the Retirement List are selling out fast, simply go to my SHOP NOW button above to go to my Online Store or contact me to place an order.  Don' forget to use this month's Hostess Code.

Hip Hip Hooray! Birthday Delivery with Birthday Memories DSP #GDP084

It has been a while since I played with Global Design Project and this week's challenge is to Case the Designer. I have so many beautiful new products here that I was able to receive at and ordered after OnStage, that are calling my name so I was compelled to make a card and share it with you. I have Cased Michelle Last's card layout. The Birthday Memories Paper reminds me of Golden Books that I read as a little girl. I started the card by choosing  the cake image from the cake paper and using the matching die from the Birthday Friends Framelits in the Big Shot along with a Stitched Shapes Framelit square from Whisper White card stock for the cake to sit on. I stamped the sentiment from the Birthday Delivery stamp set in Real Red ink inside the Banner which is stamped in Crumb Cake ink which I also cut with it co-ordinating die in the Big Shot. I finished the card by layering the images on Stampin' Dimensionals on to the back side of the cake paper which looks like the inside of a golden book.

A close look at the dimension and definition I created using Stampin' Dimensionals and Sponging with Crumb Cake ink.

To order any of the products used on this project you will have to wait till June 1st but we still have lots of other products available in the Occasions and Annual catalogues and on the Retirement List, simply go to my SHOP NOW button above to go to my Online store or contact me to place an order.

I can also show you how to make these projects at a party with you and your friends. Just contact me to organise a time to enjoy the amazing benefits our hostesses can earn and spend on anything in our catalogues including our Occasions Catalogue.

Banners for You with Serene Scenery and Bunch of Banners Framelits Card

I am totally in love with this beach scene paper from the Serene Saying 6x6 Paper Stack. I made this card very simple to showcase it.

I started the card by trimming the 6x6 patterned paper to slightly smaller than card front. Next I stamped the double banner from Banners for You stamp set in Island Indigo ink onto a piece of Vellum and let it dry. Then I bent the words to match the banners on a clear block and stamped them in Crumb Cake ink once this was dry I cut the banner using the matching Bunch of Banners families in the Big Shot using the Magnetic Platform. I adhered this to the card by putting th adhesive behind the solid stamping. To finish off the card I wrapped some Linen Thread around the card above the sentiment to add some extra texture. The card front was the added to a Island Indigo card base.

To order any of the products I have used on this project and more simply go to my SHOP NOW button above to go to my Online store or contact me to place an order.

I can also show you how to make this card at a party with you and your friends. Just contact me to organise a time to enjoy the amazing benefits our hostess can earn and spend on anything in our catalogues.

Watercolor Lifting with Heat Embossing with Friendly Wishes and Flower Patch Stamp using Mojo Monday 438 with Video

I have used one of the left over Watercolor Lifting with Heat Embossing piece from the last card which is a technique I saw Jennifer McGuire do a few weeks ago and tweaked it to work for me. I used this weeks Mojo Moday Sketch to complete the card.

I stared this card with the Watercolor Lifting with Heat Embossing technique. I have done it little differently to the original but the result is the same. Starting with a piece of Watercolour Paper and took some of our reinkers in Blackberry Bliss, Rich Razzleberry, Rose Red and Melon Mambo and an Aqua painter and liberally applied the colour making sure to blend where the colours met. When this was dry (if you are impatient you could use your heat tool) I mounted a number of flowers and leaves from the Flower Patch and Floral Wings Stamp Sets inked them with Versamark and covered in Clear embossing powder and melted the powder with the Heat Tool. To make this technique what it is I wet the entire watercolour piece and let it sit for a bit and mopped it off with a paper towel (repeat this step if necessary). This reveals a lighter background and the darker heat embossed embossed images. I stamped the sentiment from Friendly Wishes stamped in Basic Black Archival Ink on Whisper White card stock. Next I took Blackberry Bliss, Rich Razzleberry, Rose Red and Melon Mambo Stampin' Write Markers and coloured the heart and friend in the sentiment. Then I cut the Black Colour Me Irresistible paper with a Circle Framelts using the Big Shot and Magnetic Platform which I adhered to a Whisper White piece slightly smaller than the Basic Back card base. I added the Watercolor Lifting with Heat Embossing piece as per the sketch and matted the sentiment piece on a piece of Basic Black card stock and adhered it with Stampin' Dimensionals. For a finishing touch a added 3 Melon Mambo It's my Party Enamel Dots.

You can watch how I made this card on Katch.

Sunburst Thinlits with Feel Goods and Balloon Celebration Stamp using Global Design Project #025 with VIDEO

I have given the Global Design Project Colour Challenge #025 (Smokey Slate, Basic Grey and Daffodil Delight) a go this afternoon with a few Periscope friends. I had a the idea to make a stormy sky with sun rays as soon as I saw the colours.

To start I cut 2 Sunburst Thinlits on in a Whisper White and Daffodil Delight on the Big Shot using the Magnetic Platform. I took a Thick Whisper White card base and the white Sunburst using it as a mask and sponged the card base with Smokey Slate Ink making sure it is not smooth and blended as I wanted to give it some texture. Next I put the mask aside and stamped the clouds from Balloon Celebration in Basic Grey Archival Ink. Now onto the sentiment I chose the sunshine one from the Feel Goods stamp set in Basic Grey Archival ink on Whisper White.  I cut the sentiment and a piece of Silver Foil sheet with Circle Framelits in the Big Shot using the Magnetic Platform. To add a touch of shimmer I used Clear Wink of Stellar on the Grey clouds in the background then I sponged the sentiment and Sunburst with Daffodil Delight ink. To put it all together adhered the Sunburst and Foil Circle flat to the card and the sentiment with Dimensional Adhesive. Some single silver sequins from The Silver Sequin trim finished off the card.

You can watch how I made this card on Periscope till 3pm 5th March or Katch anytime.

Celebrate Today with Balloon Framelits using Global Design Project #024 Birthday Card with VIDEO

I am seeing a challenge on my team page to used balloons in a card for March and I got a jump ahead on my sample using the Global Design Project #024 Case the Designer

I started this card knowing I wanted to use Balloons and went to my Celebrate Today stamp set and matching Balloon Framelits that you buy as a bundle and save 15%. Next I looked through the Cherry On Top paper Stack and chose this pretty Pool Party pattern that mimicked the effect I wanted on the balloon. I then looked at the colours in the paper stack and decided to use Watermelon Wonder as my pop colour so I took a scrap and trimmed to to the desired sized and stamped the banner from the stamp set in Versamark Ink. Next I took the Happy and Birthday stamps and stamped then on a scrap of Whisper White in Watermelon Wonder and Bermuda Bay. The solid balloon is stamped in Pool Party and the streamer and balloon accents are stamped in Bermuda Bay. I cut both these pieces out using the Balloon Framelits and Magnetic Plate with the Big Shot and set them aside. To finish the Watermelon Wonder piece I added 2 strips of the NEW Sale-a-Bration Metallic Glitter Tape to the top and bottom and added the Happy Birthday Piece. I adhered the patterned paper to a piece of Whisper White and then to a Tip Top Taupe card base. Added the Watermelon Wonder Piece and the balloon and streamer on top with Stampin' Dimensionals. To add the final finishing touch I added some silver sequins.

You can watch how I made this card on Periscope till 4pm 29th February or Katch anytime.

Enjoy the Little Things and Going Global Stamps with Shine On Paper and Starburst Thinlits Birthday Card

I am having a challenge this month with the demonstrators in my team to make some masculine cards. This is one of examples for them

To start the card I chose a piece of the beautiful foiled Shine On Speciality Paper and trimmed to to card front size and a piece of Gold Foiled cut slightly smaller than a card front and cut the both with the Starburst Thinlits in the Big Shot using the Magnetic Platform. I then arranged and adhered them both to a Pool Party card base. Next I stamped the Globe from the Going Places stamp set in Pool Party Ink on a piece of Whisper White and added the Dream Big sentiment from the Enjoy the Little Things Stamp set in Lost Lagoon Ink. This piece was then punched out with with 2 1/2" Circle Punch and I rolled the edge of the circle on the Lost Lagoon Ink pad to add a touch of colour to the edge. Finally I attached the sentiment piece to the Starburst with Stampin' Dimensionals to finish off the card.

There is no better time to Join my Stampin' Up! team and get fantastic discounts on your crafting supplies and join a great bunch of girls to shared projects and ideas with. During Sale-A-Bration, you can become a demonstrator for just $169 AUD and choose $60 AUD more of FREE products for your Starter Kit. A Dozen Thoughts with On Film Framelits with Retro Fresh Washi Tape

This card was inspired by the Retro Fresh This And That Designer Washi Tape. I just love how bright and happy the colours are.

This card started with the Essentials Wooden Elements that I had stamped at workshop to show a customer how well you can stamp on them with Perfect Pennants and So Saffron Classic Stampin' Pad. I then layered Retro Fresh This And That Designer Washi Tape and added the On Film Framelits Dies cut with Silver Foil Sheets. To finish off the card  I added the sentiment from A Dozen Thoughts and a punched heart.

If you would like to make this card with your friends please contact me to book in a party TODAY
