I am celebrating Sale-A-Bration with this card using both the Awesome Otters Stamp Set and Simply Marbelous Designer Series Paper that you can earn with orders over $90 in a recent Video. I coloured the Otters using the soon to be released Natural Tones Stamp' Blends and well as Balmy Blue and Smoky Slate. I hand cut the Otter out and popped him up on the card. I also coloured the Polished Dots in Balmy Blue Stampin' Blends to finish the card.
