Stampin' Up! Tiding of Christmas Christmas Stampathon 2022 Gift Bags

Welcome back March Christmas Stampathon 2022. Our March Challenge is 3D Item featuring - Bag, Box or even more.

I created these cute Gift Bags using 2 pieces of the Christmas Tidings 6x6 Designer Series Paper. I used the dimensions for the basic bag from The Posh Paper Lady Tutorial. I added the left over Christmas Trimmings Dies Stars from last month's Christmas Stampathon Card using some Linen Thread to attach them to the Open Weave and Double Stitched Satin Ribbon.

Stampin' Up! Mosaic Cellophane, Wonder of the Season and Classic Christmas Gift Bags

I have used some of the paper scraps from making my last card and paired them with the Stampin' Up! Mosaic Gusseted Cellophane bag which were perfect to package some gifts for my team. The papers I have used are Wonder of the Season, Classic Christmas 6x6 and Plush Poinsettia. I used the Triple Banner punch to flag the ends of the Classic Christmas and Plush Poinsettia papers and added some of the fun Christmas classifieds from the Wonder of the Season adhering them all together using Seal + adhesive and attached to the closed bag for a cute addition to the gifts.

Stampin' Up! Accented Blooms and Come To Gather Card and Bag Set

I am playing along with the Stampin Friends! Thankfulness Blog Hop. I have paired the Stampin' Up! Accented Blooms stamp set with the Come To Gather paper. This is a colour combo I wouldn't normally put together but I really love how this Card and Decorated Gift Bag both turned out and could be used for anyone in my life. I used lots of layers and a touch of Vellum to really make these colours and patterns work together just perfectly. The Accented Blooms sentiment is punched using the matching Tailored Tag Punch and is bold enough to make the right impact in Mint Macron on the front of both the card and matching decorated Gift Bag.

Stampin' Up! Wonderfully Wicked and Come to Gather Paper Halloween Card and Treat Bag Set

As many of you know Halloween its not my thing but I am pushed myself out of my comfort zone and used the Stampin' Up! Wonderfully Wicked Stamp set and Dies along with the Come to Gather Paper to make a card and Matching Gift Bag for the Stamping Friends Blog Hop this month check out the rest of the participants below.

Card - I repeat stamped the card base using the spider web. I layered vellum in between the two card stock layers to add texture to card. The wicked word is cut twice and offset to create a shadow and coated with Wink of Stella to make it shine.

Treat Bag - 6x12 inch paper that I made into a treat bag watch the VIDEO I made below. Dimensions for the Treat Bag - finished project 5x6"
6x12" paper - scored at 3" and 6.5" on the short side then at 1/2" on the long side. 

Before I stuck the bag together I used Stampin' Blends (Mango Melody and Pumpkin Pie). I stamped on the Vellum layer with the web stamp and added the bat and spider I in Staz On ink. I made and decorated the wicked in exactly the same way as the card.

Stampin' Up! Gift Bag Punch Board with Share What You Love Paper

The Gift Bag Punch Board is a fantastic tool but is one of my most neglected tools in my craft room. So I dusted it off (literally) and decided to show how it is used recently in a class using the Share What Love Speciality paper which is heavier weight to our other Designer Series Papers making it perfect for boxes and I love the patterns and colours in the paper as well.
