I paired the Stampin' Up! Kindest Expressions Stamp Set with the little grumpy little girl who needs all the sunshine and rainbows to brighten her mood. I cut her from the Just Kiddin' Designer Series Paper using the Stylish Shapes Dies. The Rays of Sunshine stamp was perfect stamped in Versamark to create the background. I finished the card with a touch of Vellum & some Shiny Sequins.
