Stampin' Up! Animal Outing, Lift Me Up, Rooted in Nature, Oh So Eclectic and Painted Harvest #stampinipcolorchallenge Card

Here is my second take on the  Stampin' Up! Color Challenge for March. I have incorporated the Stampin' Up! Animal Outing, Lift Me Up, Rooted in Nature, Oh So Eclectic and Painted Harvest stamp sets with this month's colour challenge. I have thrown what feels like my whole craft room at this card I have used 5 stamp sets, 2 punches 1 thinlits set, the Big Shot, sponging and a touch of colouring. I have shown the full card making process on the LIVE video below.

Oh So Eclectic and Petal Garden with Stampin' Blends Birthday Card

Did you know we have out own brand of alcohol markers Stampin' Blends by Stampin' Up! arriving on November 1st. I have had some time to play with them in a really simple colouring using the Oh So Eclectic stamp set. The Stampin' Blends will be available individually and pairs but work best when using the light and dark pair of colours available in 12 of our amazing colours.

I started my stamping the Oh So Eclectic stamp set in Memento ink onto Whisper White card stock. Using the Bermuda Bay, Pool Party and Calypso Coral Stampin' Blends I really love how using just the pair of markers can create more than just 2 colours by blending the colours together and adding layers of colour. I chose 3 patterns from the Petal Garden Paper Stack and using the Eclectic Layers Thinlits, I die cut the first layer in the Big Shot with the cut out background die so the second layer peaks through. On the same layer I stamped one of the detail stamps in Rich Razzleberry ink from the Oh So Eclectic stamp set and the sentiment in Bermuda Bay ink from the Happy Birthday Gorgeous stamp set. The leaves are stamped on Vellum in Old Olive ink die cut also using the Eclectic Layers Thinlits in the Big Shot. I have hand cut out the flowers using Paper Snips adding them to the card front tucking the leaves in being them. To complete the card I added the card front to the patterned paper layers onto a Thick Whisper White card base.

Wood Textures Paper and Happy Birthday and Eclectic Layers Thinlits

A Male card with some Bling? I know it sound impossible but here is how I made it simple using Wood Textures Paper Stack and some scraps of Glimmer paper, Card Stock, Vellum and Ink.

I chose my favourite piece of the Wood Textures Paper Stack and Layered it on a piece of Island Indigo card stock. I used the Eclectic Layers geometric Thinlit and cut into a piece of Silver Glimmer Paper I then trimmed it out with Paper Snips to create the base for my sentiment. I cut HAPPY out from the Happy Birthday Thinlit in Bermuda Bay and Island Indigo once again in using the Big Shot trimming the bottom of the sentiment to separate it from the birthday portion, both these pieces were layered and offset. I stamped Birthday from the Birthday Delivery stamp set in Island Indigo ink onto a scrap of Vellum to let the Glimmer Paper shine through. The wood layered piece was then adhered to a Thick Whisper White card base using Stampin' Dimensionals.
