Stampin' Up! Seasonal Wreath and Christmas Gleaming Christmas Card

I saw a few things that I wanted to use up in Use It Up Box, a Stampin' Up! Seasonal Wreath 3D embossed card out and some Brightly Gleaming Ornaments and shared my process of finishing this card in a LIVE Video. I stamped a Merry Merlot large ornament and Copper Delicata sentiment to add to the card. I added some Copper details with the Blender Pen to draw in the strings using the Delicata Ink and some detail to the embossed wreath.

Seasonal Wreath Embossing, Star of Light and Garden Scene Framelits Christmas Card

I set myself a challenge to make a Christmas Card using only items from the 2018-2019 Annual Catalogue. I have used the Seasonal Wreath Dynamic Embossing Folder, Star of Light Stamps, Garden Scene Framelits, Real Red Cotton Ribbon, Wink of Stellar and Red Rhinestones.

I added the flag ends to the sentiment with the Tailored Tag Punch. The Colours I have used are Whisper White, Real Red and Shaded Spruce.

Stylish Christmas June Christmas Stampathon Challenge 2018 - Texture

Welcome to the 6th Installment of the Christmas Challenge Stampathon 2018 with three of my Demo buddies Ruth Trice 'Artful Stampin' from the UK, Denise Garrison 'Lady Bug Stampin' from USA, Rosalie Desmond from Australia. Our June is Challenge is to make at least 4 Christmas Projects made using Texture ready for Christmas. You all have till July 24th to get your entries in and play along.

The hardest part of making this card was hand cutting Distinktive stamped images which I count as texture and these types of stamps just look so realistic. These types of stamps were first introduced to us in this years Sale-a-Bration catalogue with the Heartfelt Blooms Stamps. These stamps create different opacities in the image for realistic depth and intensity in a single stamped image. I stamped in Real Red and Shaded Spruce. I love how you can see the petals overlapping and shadows in the holly. 

To add even more texture I embossed some Shaded Spruce card stock with the Seasonal Wreath Dynamic Embossing Folder using the Big Shot. Added the sentiment also from the Stylish Christmas set in Whisper White Craft Ink. One last touch of Texture Metallic Pearls to the flower centres.
