Balloon Celebration Stamp Set Birthday Card

I love the Ballon Celebration Stamp Set and have made a simple one layer with some pretty detail.

To make this card I started with the Balloon Celebration Stamp set and since Wisteria Wonder is my Favourite colour I chose to make a large bunch of Wisteria Wonder balloons. But first I needed to stamp the strings for the balloons to attach to which I did in Soft Suede. Then I stamped all the balloons over lapped making sure I stamped off on scrap paper before stamping on the card to give a beautiful soft balloon. Next I took the detail stamp and stamped it in again Wisteria Wonder on the bottom of each balloon to give it extra detail and also stamped the bow over the strings while I had the ink out. Now to create the background. I took both cloud images and stamped them in both Pool Party and Soft Sky once again making sure I stamped off before stamping them on the card to give a softer effect. To finish up the card I chose a sentiment from all the awesome ones in the set and stamped it in Soft Suede and mounted the Whisper White Card front to a Wisteria Wonder card base.
