Beautiful Baubles Baby Wipe Technique Christmas Card

This weekend I had my Wicked Woody's team meeting and we do card swaps each month. This months theme was Holiday Catalogue and this is the card I made using the Beautiful Baubles stamp and Baby Wipe Technique and I cased the design from Sam Donald.

The 3 colours I have used Balmy Blue, Night of Navy and Pacific Point. For the baby wipe technique I add drops of Re Inkers to a few folded baby wipes and used to as my ink pad to create the multi coloured bauble. To make the Whisper White paper shimmery, I used the Frost White Shimmer Paint mixed with running alcohol in a Stampin' Spritzer and lightly sprayed the whole card. My final touch was the bow of Silver Metallic Edge ribbon.

Here are all my teams swaps from this month. They do an amazing job!!

Frosted Floral Paper and Merry Christmas to All Birthday Card

I am running dangerously low in birthday cards and the Frosted Floral Speciality paper is perfect for some quick and beautiful cards. I have paired the paper with the Merry Christmas to All stamp set and the single sprig from the Love What You Do stamp set.



I made the Happy stamp stand out by stamping a shadow by stamping off and offset ofter the original stamping.

Colours Used - Night of Navy, Highland Heather, Mint Macaron and Veramark.

Detailed Deer and Merry Christmas Thinlits with Joyous Noel Paper Christmas Card

I am really loving using foils for my Christmas cards this year and the Joyous Noel Speciality Paper is really helping as every Sheet has a foiled treatment. I have paired the paper with the Detailed Deer Thinlits, Merry Christmas To All Bundle and Stitched Shapes Framelits.



Top Tip - I backed the Joyous Noel Glimmer Paper with the Multipurpose Adhesive Sheets so the Christmas die cut from the Merry Christmas Thinlits was all ready to stick down without any wet glue fuss.

I also used Gold Foil Sheets, Vellum, Grey Granite Ink and Texture Weave Ribbon as well as a Tranquil Tide Card Base

Rooted in Nature Maculine Card

I know many of us find making Masculine cards hard. I like to keep it simple and I did with this card using the Rooted In Nature stamp set and Stampin' Write Markers.



I coloured the tree using the brush end of Tranquil Tide, Granny Apple Green and Soft Suede Stampin' Write Markers, I made sure to use 2 greens to give the tree some extra life. The sentiment is also from the Rooted in Nature stamp set, I used the same 3 colours of Stampin' Write Markers or the Ink pads and cut them out like I have here . Finally I added Granny Apple Green Texture Weave Ribbon and Linen Thread to add some texture.

Seasonal Wreath Embossing, Star of Light and Garden Scene Framelits Christmas Card

I set myself a challenge to make a Christmas Card using only items from the 2018-2019 Annual Catalogue. I have used the Seasonal Wreath Dynamic Embossing Folder, Star of Light Stamps, Garden Scene Framelits, Real Red Cotton Ribbon, Wink of Stellar and Red Rhinestones.

I added the flag ends to the sentiment with the Tailored Tag Punch. The Colours I have used are Whisper White, Real Red and Shaded Spruce.
