The Stampin' Up! Floral Essence stamp set is such a beautiful floral set. I love that it has both solid and open flower images. I have used 2 of them in 2019-2021 In Colors Pretty
Peacock and Rococo Rose on this card. I added the leaf images and a touch of water from an Aqua Painter to fill them in. The sentiments was punched out using the Story Label Punch with Rhinestones coloured with Stampin' Blends. The final touch is Rococo Rose Scalloped Linen Trim.
