I couldn't resist but have a second play with the May SU! Colour Challenge which is Black and White with A Pop of one of the 22-24 In Colours. My POP colour is Parakeet Party and I paired with the Beautiful Balloons Stamp Set.
I simply stamped the balloons using Parakeet Party and Memento Tuxedo Black Inks. I double stamped the sentiment in both colours to give it an extra pop. I finished the card with a few Classic Matte Dots.
