I played with the Stampin' Up! Beautifully Happy Stamp Set that you can Earn this paper FREE during Sale-A-Bration till Feb 28th in a recent VIDEO. I previously shared this card in my class and team meeting.
I chose the colours directly from the Fancy Flora Designer Series Paper, Stamping them Off for a more subtle colour. I also used Watercolor Pencils. I made the fun edges using the Deckled Rectangle Dies. The flagged sentiment is cut with Stylish Shapes Dies. I added sparkle with Fine Shimmer Paper and Iridescent Pastel Gems.
