Stampin’ Up! Decorative Borders, Watercolor Shapes & Dragonfly Garden Card

Can you believe I had left my Stampin' Up! Decorative Borders Stamp Set unused! But never fear that is no longer the case and I have made 3 cards using it in a recent video. 

I paired the Decorative Borders with the Watercolor Shapes stamp set for the vine to wrap around the circle. I coloured the vine using Blender Pen and Stampin' Blends added the Dragonfly Garden Sentiment and a few Iridescent Rhinestones.
